Loki... Yeah, 'should have been Odin, and it's Loki who appears under my pencils
Who knows, maybe his own trick...
Then, here the God of Fire Loki.
Fire is linked to giants, And Loki is a giant. What is he doing in Asgard's Gods? XD Dunno...
He's the only giant recognised as an Ӕsir. He's considered in some legends as the blood brother of Odin.
He has three children with the giantess Angrboda : the goddess Hel, the wolf Fenrir ans the snake Jörmungand. He has a wife, Sigyn, who gives him Ali, Vali et Narvi.
Quite a family, no one of his children are nice little cubs... XD
He's even the "mother" of Sleipnir, the horse of Odin. Yeah, he changed himself into a mare...
He's described as seductive and smiling. That's all I collect from his appearance, but it says a lot by itself : the "dark" side has always an attractive face.
He's often named the Trickster God. And I have to admit, tricky is a word created for him ^^
He's a god who appears in lots of legends, confirming the point is a important one. He's cunning, cheeky, erratic, clever, really clever XD He's creating havoc every where and against almost every one (which means only his children are safe...).
He's globally considered as a "bad" god, but in lots of legends, he helps Odin or another god. For example, he's the one who bring back to Asgard the Mjolnir.
In my point of view, he's merrily a state. He represents the mind. In that way, no wonder he's linked to Odin. Odin is the good deeds a man can produce when he thinks, and Loki the bad effect. And sometimes, there are useful bad ideas
Loki is not the fighting type, he prefers planning schemes.
But he's responsible for the Ragnarok by causing the death of Baldr (or following other legends, only by arguing with the gods), and will fight against Heimdall the guardian of the entrance of Asgard.
About the art : Watercolour pencils only.
He has fluffy red hair and beard because of his fire attribute. Same thing for his red and gold clothes (a suggestion from my friend ~Vicera).
I tried to presents his as a cunning young man. The young part is fine, but even his smile is too nice XD
The white clothes is to remain his godly attribute. The sword is the symbol of his next fight in the Ragnarok.
I screwed the colour of one boot, and the overall drawing of the trousers

So rare to see Loki with a sword! Surprisingly he's a good swordsman but finds them messy heavy and akward. You got his eyes perfectly! The white is an interesting choice. I'm surprised it's still white with all the scraps he gets into. XD.
